Waterman's slipcap 13 in black chased
hard rubber with two gold filled snail
pattern barrel bands. Perfect color,
strong imprints and chasing. A perfect
pen but for a band of gouging between
the bands. Sad, really. Otherwise a superb
and uncommon pen. The nib is a slightly
flexible fine. Because of the damage,
