Italian Pens: For Sale

Recently, my interest in Italian pens has grown, and as I have begun acquiring pens, I have been picking up some bargain pens to share with you as well as trimming and curating my own collection. In the following months we will be adding new pens as I develop additional sources, as well as some additional information and images, so check back often. But for now, enjoy (oh and buy)!

New Italian Tray!

Newly Added Italian Pens!
  • IT3688-1930s Giacommazi Brothers Fasvar unmarked oversize silver ray. This is a big pen at more than 5 ¼ inches. It is a piston filler with partially transparent ink view window. The nib is a Fasvar Iridio Extra steel, medium with moderate flex. $250. SOLD
  • IT3689-1930s Giacommazi Brothers Olimpica Extra in gray marble with a transparent barrel and piston fill. Just a shade over 5 inches, it has an Olimpica Extra #3 steel nib in medium with good flex. $225. $175
  • IT3396-1940s Minerva 60. This little OMAS sub brand pen has its issues. Someone chewed up filler trying to open it. Still it’s a charming little pen with a flexible 585 14 karat medium nib. $65. $35 SOLD
  • IT3265-1930s Montegrappa lever filler in black faceted with corporate markings. This massive pen is 5 1/4 inches and has a Watermans nib. Still an uncommon piece. $145. $125
  • ITT5-1950s Montegrappa in brown wave celluloid. This button filler is a bit rough around the clip. But the clip is secure and the nib is an extra fine 585 14 karat Montegrappa Extra with moderate flex. $125 $95 SOLD
  • IT3398-1950s Punto Rosso. One of the many Parker 51 copies. This one has a nice transparent ink window and a flexible 14 k medium nib. The cap has a couple of dings and a clip mark. Attractively priced (I think) at $125. SOLD
  • IT3690-1930s Rover Extra (unmarked) in a gorgeous faceted black, green and gray celluloid. The button filling pen is large at 5 3/8 inches and features a Rover 585 Extra 950 nib in fine with ample flex. A special pen. $450.SOLD
  • IT3691-1940s Radius Superior in silver ray. This is a button actuated pump filler along the lines of the Waterman’s ink vue or Soennecken button fillers. It is restored but could use a slightly longer press bar. The nib is a Radius Superior 585 #6 medium with great flex. $195.SOLD
  • IT3467-1940s Tabo Scuola. This charming little piston filler has a gray striped barrel with both transparent segment and ink window. The shank on the nib is short so I will supply this with another suitable nib as well as the original. $45 SOLD
