Pelikan 400N in tortoise. Made for just 11 months in 1956, the 400N is the least common of the 400 series. A picture comparing the 400, 400N and 400NN may be seen here. These are increasingly hard to find, especially in this condition, which is near perfect. The barrel is a clear light tortoise with strong brown highlights. The nib is Fine with moderate flex, though I have a wide range of other choices. $595 |
