PE2015: 1931 Pelikan 100 with faded green binde. This is an early striped version of binde. The ink window is clear and shades to green, the section is the early straight version, the captop is double vented. The nib is a very uncommon 14 K EF (can be changed for an appropriate, early nib). The binde has a repaired area at the top near the nib.
