1930s Matador Express 976

Buy This Pen

1930s Matador Express 976. Piston filler in (tattered) box with good papers. One of the more interesting second tier German makers, Matador built everything from cheapies to pens that rivaled the quality of the best makers of the day. The 9XX was their premier line and the 6 was their next but largest size. This one came to me with an inadequate replacement nib, so I plugged in a modern 18 Karat Montblanc two tone medium/fine nib to make it a great writer. The feed is original. A superb user. $395.00
