1920s Franklin Self Filling Safety Pen

1920s Franklin Self Filling Safety Pen in black chased hard rubber. This Philadelphia firm was a new maker to me. The pen is in near new condition with excellent color, chasing and imprints. It may not have ever been used. The pen uses an ingenious cork sealed plunger filler that is far more complex than it needs to be but which seems to work. I've recorked it so you can use it if you care to. The nib is a 14 K superbly flexible fine #5 Franklin. $375.00
