1953 Pelikan 500, early tortoise striped with heavy rolled gold cap and turning knob. An elegant variant of the 400. This example has a significant clip ring around the cap tube and dings to the turning knob. The barrel has good color and rich highlights. It has a fine nib with excellent flex.
