Description:
1943 Pelikan 100N with green binde. This is a late wartime model with the incised capbands. Unlike so many of these pens it is in immaculate condition, possibly unused, certainly not heavily used. It does have a gold plated clip, which I can swap out for a nickel on request, but I think it is original, as is the CN nib which is indicated on the turning knob keeper as a DM, that is a hard medium (no flex). I have fitted a modern seal so that the pen can be used, but could install a correct black wartime seal (that would probably render the pen non-functional). The acetate body does show some light crazing which should not go any further in the foreseeable future. The cap does carry the name Margrit Beelte. For the serious Pelikan collector, this pen is a must.
