This is a late tortoise 101N, from the period 1949-1951. It has extraordinary, vibrant color, marred only by a slightly clouded barrel. The nib is not marked; the filler ring says F, but to me the nib looks more medium, with great flexibility. These are simply spectacular pens, and every serious Pelikan collection should have one.
