1930s Pelikan 200 (pencil) black and tortoise, with uncommon Danzig clip. The combination of black and tortoise, however commonly seen, was never catalogued and has only been seen in recent years. In my opinion these are made up pens and, less commonly, pencils. This one has a pretty uncommon Danzig clip.
