PE1689--1939 Pelikan 100N in tortoise and red hard rubber. This is a spectacular pen. The hard rubber is excellent, showing perfect color and little wear. The original tortoise shell binde is exquisite in color and tone. A pen that is 9/10. Why only nine? Well, the body has an issue. Like the rest of the pen it is original, but has been repaired. The repair is under the binde and does not in any way show. The repair is solid, sound, tested and guaranteed for life. The nib is an incised script 585 14 Karat fine with better than average flex. Because of the flaw, this pen is a bargain at $1275.00.
