Description: | |||
1932 Pelikan 100. This is a very interesting, if somewhat troubled pen with the early straight section, a yellow celluloid body, and hard rubber cap and mechanism. That's the good news. The bad news is that the threads on the barrel are so worn that I had to shim the inside of the cap to get everything to engage well. It does, but this is a repaired pen. Also, the cap is fairly faded. The good news is that because of this the pen is at least $150.00 cheaper than it otherwise would be. This is a great opportunity to get a great pen at a bargain price. The nib is a somewhat uncommon 14 K with double script but without the usual incising, flexible and fine. PE1150 |
