This is an early two cap band model Vacuum Filler from 1932. It is a nice pen but has a replaced nib, a two tone arrow nib from the mid 1930s, contrary to what is shown in the image. It is a great user or a good place to begin a collection of early Vacumatics. PA1524 SOLD |
