1943 Parker Vacumatic Major Blue Diamond in golden pearl. This is the standard wartime model, although this is an unusually clean model. These pens are users, but this one is so clean that if you are assembling a compulsively complete collection of vacs, this would be the one. ItŐs used, to be sure, but only lightly.
