1930s Big Ben. Red lined celluloid faceted cap and barrel with a reticulated ink window and a telescoping piston filler (the only other truly telescoping fillers I know of are MBs). As you might guess, for its size it holds a ton of ink. A fine and very flexible 14 K nib. Bears a British patent number. Another oddball pen that I don't know much about. But what I do know is that it is an exquisite little gem. It is marred only by a crack to the bottom jewel. JN237 |
